Hello! My name is Monique, and I’m very happy to be your English teacher here in Weblio.



I have more than 14 years of experience in the BPO industry, focusing on communication, customer service, coaching, and leadership. I also have a strong ESL background. I taught Japanese students from 2016 to 2021, mostly adults in their late 20s to late 40s. Guiding Japanese learners has always been a wonderful experience for me.



I have also visited Japan and enjoyed learning about its culture, food, and lifestyle. I even have two Japanese friends, which helped me understand more about Japanese communication styles and everyday expressions. Because of this, I can easily adjust my teaching style to match what Japanese learners usually need which are clear explanations, patience, and a comfortable learning environment.



My classes are friendly, supportive, and relaxed. We can practice daily conversations, business English, travel English, pronunciation, or any specific topic you want to focus on. I always aim to help students speak confidently while enjoying each lesson.
