Hi, My name is Jannice. I live in a province (Binan City)- an hour away from Manila, Philippines. Currently, I am an Executive in an Outsourcing industry with 10+ years experience specialized in Strategic Quality, Training in the fields of Customer Service, Technical Support and Sales.



I have been teaching and mentoring in-house employees on Lean Six Sigma discipline - Kaizen Methodology, Project Management, and ISO Quality Management Systems deployment. Coaching (group or one on one) and feedback is one of my main key skills.
