Hi, My name is Jannice. I live in a province (Binan City)that is an hour away from Manila, Philippines. Currently, I am an Executive in an E-commerce industry with 10+ years experience specialized in Customer Care or Customer Service, Quality Management, Training in the fields of Customer Service, Technical Support and Sales.
I have been teaching and mentoring in-house employees on Lean Six Sigma discipline - Kaizen Methodology, Project Management, and ISO Quality Management Systems deployment. Coaching (group or one on one) and feedback is one of my main key skills. Through this i am able to give performance results to my business partners - their key strengths and what they can improve on to be better at work, and so with you. I can help you with business related improvements such as:
