I have worked in a Call Center Industry for almost 5 years, which I improve my communication skills as I talk to many American people or customers over the phone or via Skype. I am keen to utilize my passion for providing excellent customer service or giving my best in anything that I do for my students, and clients. I also worked in Japan for 1 year as a Logistics Staff where I was able to talk and work independently with Japanese people.
