I am a graduate of BS Electronics and Communications Engineering. I am licensed engineer. I've worked for Accenture Philippines for four years as Data Analyst. Basically my job was to respond to email inquiries from American clients regarding their health insurance.
I was promoted to Senior Analyst after 2 years and my job has change to training new hires primarily using English language. I also attend to client meetings in which I talk to American supervisors and managers via web and phone.
