I have a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration major in Marketing Management.

For several years, I have worked as a customer service representative.

I have worked on accounts for an online sales company and for a business logistics. As a customer service representative, I talk to English-speaking clients on a daily basis. Answering queries and providing available resolutions in English in a daily basis has helped me become more comfortable in using the English language.

During my time in school, I was a consistent outstanding student.

Since most subjects are taught in English, aside from studying hard, being able to fully understand lessons is one factor to have a better performance.

So I pushed myself and eventually developed good English skills.

Through perseverance, you can be good in English sooner than you think.
