平素はWeblio英会話をご利用いただきありがとうございます。

年末年始のレッスン開講について

12月のクリスマス前後、年末年始のレッスンについてお知らせいたします。

国民の多くがキリスト教を信仰し、また家族文化の強いフィリピンでは、
クリスマス期間並びに年末年始において
信仰やお祝い、帰省等のため休暇をとることが一般的となっております。

上記期間は多くの講師が休暇をいただく事が予想されるため、
通常よりレッスン開講数が減少し予約が取りづらくなる可能性がございます。

お客様へのレッスン提供へ支障がないように万全を尽くしますが、
予めご了承くださいませ。

年末年始のサポート休業について

お問い合わせ担当窓口は
誠に勝手ながら、年末年始にかけて以下のとおり休業させていただきます。

2021年12月26日（日） 16時頃からフィリピンの大手インターネットプロバイダー（PLDT）にて
発生しているネットワーク障害のため、一部の講師において、
レッスンルームにつながりにくい状況になっております。

お手数をおかけいたしますが、「レッスン中の接続がスムーズに出来ない」場合や、
「レッスン開始時間から5分過ぎても講師が現れない」場合は、
下記の手順にてレッスン振替のお手続きをお願いいたします。

レッスン時間中の報告手順
１）「レッスン確認・報告」ページを開く
２）トラブルを報告するレッスンの日時をクリックしてレッスン詳細ページを開く
３）状況に応じて「トラブル報告」「講師スキップ報告」のどちらかのボタンをクリックする

「トラブル報告」「講師スキップ報告」は、
レッスン開始時間5分後～終了時間までの間に実施可能です。
（※正常にレッスン受講完了した際の完了報告とは違うためお気をつけください。）

今回の台風について、現在フィリピンにて状況を確認しておりますが、
現地の復旧状況が芳しくなく、停電や回線不良などレッスンへの影響が
しばらく継続する可能性がございます。

すでにご予約済みのレッスンについても、講師が該当地域に居住している場合は、
連絡が取れずに事前にキャンセル手続きができない場合がございます。

そのため、講師がレッスンに現れない場合や、接続が不安定な場合は、
スキップ報告・トラブル報告にてご報告いただき、
返還された振替レッスンにて改めてご予約ください。

大変お手数をおかけいたしますが、何卒よろしくお願い申し上げます。
