今日のレッスンで学ぶことを確認しよう

Let’s have a look at what we will learn in today’s lesson.

Part 0　今日の学習内容

過去にしたことについて、伝えたりたずねたりできるようになりましょう。それは動詞の過去形で表します。
たいていの場合は、動詞の原形の語尾に-ed/-d/-iedをつけると過去形になります（規則動詞）。
これとは異なる変化をする動詞もあります（不規則動詞）。
一般動詞は、ほとんどの場合原型の最後に「ed/d/ied」をつけることによって過去形にすることができます。これを規則動詞といいます。
また、原型からまったく違う形になったり、原型と同じものなどは不規則動詞といいます。

・規則動詞： talk – talked, hope – hoped, try – tried
・不規則動詞： go – went, sit – sat, put – put

Let’s learn how to talk about things you did in the past by using the past tense of verbs — both regular and irregular verbs.

例文：

“Yuta and his friends climbed the mountain.”

「ゆうたと友達は山に登った。」

“Did you go to the mall yesterday?” － “Yes, I did./No, I didn’t.”

「昨日ショッピングモールに行った？」－「うん、行ったよ。/ううん、行ってないよ。」
