iOS15/iPadOS15でのレッスンご利用について

平素はWeblio英会話をご利用いただきありがとうございます。

2021年9月20日にApple社よりリリースされたiOS15・iPadOS15につきましては、
弊社での検証が未検証のため、非推奨の環境とさせていただきます。

iOS15・iPadOS15でも、レッスンをご利用いただく事は可能ですが、
レッスンルームで使用しているSkyWay(NTTコミュニケーションズ社のWebRTCサービス)より
スピーカーで接続した際に再生音量が小さくなるなどの一部の不具合が報告されております。

上記につきましては、ベンダー側での修正対応待ち（現時点で時期未定）となり、
対応完了後、弊社で確認した後に推奨環境へ追加いたします。

対象OSのリリース開始から時間が経過しており、
既にアップデートされていらっしゃるお客さまもいらっしゃるかと存じますが、
まだアップデートされていないお客さまにつきましては、
アップデートの必要が無い場合は、iOS・iPadOS15へのアップデートを
しばらく控えていただきますようご検討いただければ幸いです。
