■デモレッスンページにて機器の接続状況を確認してください

※デモレッスンページでは機器の接続状況の確認のみ行います。
　通信回線のチェックは行っておりません。

１）GoogleChromeでデモレッスンページを表示する
　https://eikaiwa.weblio.jp/demo-lesson
２）「環境チェック」をクリックし、チェック結果にWebカメラの機器名が表示されているか確認する

＜機器名がある場合＞
　オーディオ設定を開いて機器名をクリックして、ページを更新してください。
　※画像の機器名は、ご利用の端末によって違います。

＜機器名が無い・（unpermited device）などの表示＞
　下記に記載の内容をご確認ください。

外付けのWebカメラの場合は、こちらも行ってください
１）Webカメラを接続しているUSBを一度外して、再度接続する
２）少し時間を置いてからページを更新
※接続していたUSBポートと別のUSBポートにも差し直して確認してください。

３）「カメラ」「マイク」「音声」すべてを許可にする
４）ページを更新する（更新しないと設定が反映されません。）

■GoogleChrome側でWebカメラのブロックを解除する

カメラ・マイクのブロック取り消し手順
　（カメラとマイクそれぞれ同じ手順を行います。）

１）Chromeブラウザのアドレスバー（URLが入力されている部分）へ、
　　下記を入力しアクセスします。
　　chrome://settings/content/camera

２）カメラ欄内に、ご利用のWebカメラの機種名が表示されているか
　　確認します
　　（表示されていない場合は、Chromeに認識されていない状態です。）

３）「アクセスする前に確認する（推奨）」をオンに
　　なっている事を確認する

４）ブロック欄に「https://eikaiwa.weblio.jp:443」が
　　含まれていないか確認する
　　含まれている場合は、右側の
　　ゴミ箱アイコンをクリックして削除する

６）GoogleChromeの設定タブを閉じ、GoogleChromeも終了させる

７）パソコン本体自体を再起動する。

８）デモレッスンページを開き、デバイスの許可を求めるポップアップが表示されたら、
　　[許可]をクリックする
