「鶏のみぞれ煮」とはどんな料理ですか。 |

「鶏」はchickenで、「みぞれ」とはsleetという意味です。 |

＊A means B「AはBという意味です」は、日本語の名前を英語で説明するときに便利な表現です。

外国人の疑問に答えてあげよう「お好み焼きには何が入ってるの？」
基本は豚肉とキャベツですが、魚介やチーズも楽しめます。「お好み」は「お好きなように」という意味です。
It’s basically pork and cabbage, but you can enjoy it with seafood or cheese, as well. Okonomi means, “Do as you like.”
