PART B_2
Media refers to information-transmitting tools such as newspapers, television, and the internet. Media literacy is the ability to judge information critically, read the writer’s intent, and establish and express one’s own opinions. Despite the fact that the internet penetration rate (IPR) in major developed countries was about 31% in 2000, it had risen to around 84% by 2017. The importance of media literacy has increased with the spread of the internet.
People who have a low level of media literacy are more likely to trust false information such as fake news. This could lead to even more misinformation and trouble. Furthermore, because information includes the writer’s point of view, it is vital to separate facts from opinions and understand the main point of the information. If you need research, be aware that it is reliable. For example, you should check the source of the information and what the data is based on.
Keep in mind any opposing facts you’ve encountered in order to eliminate bias in the information. If used correctly, information can be beneficial, a valuable source of knowledge, and can broaden your perspectives.

School is where you can learn fundamental subjects such as math, science, social studies, and a national language. In the meantime, it is a place where social and cooperative skills are acquired. Children in Japan are required to attend elementary and junior high schools to receive compulsory education between the ages of 6 and 15.
Although the period is compulsory, some children do not attend school. In Japan, out-of-school children in elementary and junior high schools totaled 164,528 in 2018 (up from 144,031 the previous year), a 14% increase from the previous year. The reasons are varied and complex, but many organizations and people keep trying to solve each other’s problems.
Nowadays, learning styles are changing from lectures to interactive learning. The world is becoming a place where each individual needs to deal with various situations and problems. Therefore, students are expected to actively voice their opinions and accept opinions that differ from their own.
To develop such students, the method and style of school education are constantly evolving. Let us enjoy learning at school; it will broaden your horizons and expand your future options.

PART B_2
According to a study, people who write down their goals achieve more than those who just think about what they want to accomplish in life. The study is backed up by the phrase “A goal without a plan is simply a wish” by demonstrating that writing down goals makes them more realistic.
Furthermore, a report published in October 2018 shows that 83% of the population has no goals, 14% have a plan but no goals, and 3% have goals written down. As per the study, those who set goals are ten times more likely to succeed than those who do not. The 3% of people who set written goals are three times more likely to achieve them than the 14% who set unwritten goals. In a nutshell, you will be more successful if you write down your goals.
The goal does not need to be ambitious; even something small is fine. If you have a goal in mind, write it down; this will be your first step toward achieving it.
