Understanding Pictograms

Pictograms are icons with bright, simple designs used to represent data. It is a form of writing which uses pictorial drawings. Pictograms are often seen in public places.

An elevator sign means that there is an elevator nearby. People can use the elevator to go to the different floors of a building. A parking sign is an indication that people can temporarily leave their vehicles in a specific place. Most parking lots require payment.
